Professional License Verification
CNA, RN, HHA, and other credentials verified against state licensing boards to confirm active, non-lapsed status.
AI Face Match
Photo ID compared to live selfie using AI facial recognition — confirms the person onboarding matches their submitted ID.
Ongoing Monitoring
Background checks are not one-time events. Providers are re-screened periodically and flagged if new issues arise.

Third-Party Background Check
Accredited screening partner runs criminal, MVR, and sex offender checks — typically completed within 2–5 business days.
License Board Confirmation
Each claimed credential is verified directly with the issuing state licensing board. Expired or lapsed licenses are flagged.
